Rita
Languages: Cantonese, English, Mandarin

Freestyle yoga & body-mind awareness

Credentials

  • RYT 500
  • RYT 200

As a yoga practitioner, Rita believes that every one of us is unique and our bodies are no different. While we may all perform the same asana, the experience is different for each of us. Cultivating awareness of both body and mind is the key to practice.

Rita’s teaching style is somewhat freestyle; she believes yoga lives within all of us, regardless of our physical form or flexibility. It is all about the state of the mind!

Pauline
Languages: English, Cantonese, Mandarin

Breath-led asana & singing-bowl relaxation

Credentials

  • RYT 500

Yoga is more than just exercise; it is a journey of gaining knowledge of our own bodies and minds. Throughout the practice, Pauline reminds her students to move beyond a mere physical workout by paying attention to their rhythm of breath and noticing subtle changes within themselves. As a result, students cultivate a one-pointed focus.

Relaxation also plays a vital role in rejuvenating the body after asana practice. To provide a peaceful atmosphere, Pauline incorporates sound relaxation with singing bowls and tuning forks at the end of each class. This allows students to return to their daily routines with a tranquil and refreshed mind.
