As an alternative path to Yoga Teachers Training Courses, we are offering a specialized introductory and compact course from the sutras and yoga wisdom. Get deeper insights into yoga psychology and how just a few Yoga Sutras of Patanjali may transform your life and of others through your volunteer work.

As through selfless service (Nishkama Karma), you can enhance your own foundational happiness and mental well-being and of communities. Hong Kong has blessed us with abundance and comfort. A compassionate individual trained to bring peace, joy, and basic classical yoga knowledge to local communities through selfless service.
Are there any hidden costs?
No. The tuition for this 30-hour course is completely free. A HK$2,000 commitment deposit is required and is fully refundable upon 80% attendance.
What am I allowed to do after completing this course?
Graduates can share basic yoga knowledge and practices with groups or individuals, provided they do not collect any fees or commercial charges.
