Introduction
LMYC’s true specialty lies in Teachers Training. We empower you to spread these pearls of wisdom by becoming a certified yoga teacher. Our course is based on Classical Yoga and enhances personality development at all levels: physical, mental, emotional, social and spiritual.
Programme details
The latest syllabus is based on classical yoga tradition. Certifications are globally recognized through Yoga Alliance, USA (RYT 200) and YCB Level 1. Installments accepted. Timings and schedule are shared by email when you register interest.
Curriculum
200-hour program with approximately 160 hours of classroom instruction, plus experiential learning through self-practice and reflective exercises. Students are expected to attend all 20 day sessions, with up to 3 days of leave permitted in case of emergency.
Examination & certification
Upon successful completion of attendance and assignments, students may appear for the final exam within 60 days of course end (max. 3 attempts). Certificate by LMYC & The Yoga Institute; YCB Level 1; qualified to register with Yoga Alliance, USA (RYT 200).
Unique offer
After completion of RYT 200, students are eligible to apply for a Cultural Exchange Program at The Yoga Institute, India — including a FREE 7-day health camp and subsidized Online Yoga Therapy Course (50% fee subsidized by LMYC).
Refund policy
LMYC has a strict no-refund policy for all programmes. The only exception is if a programme is cancelled by the centre, in which case the student will be offered a credit for any other programme or a refund of the event fee.

Programme details
Certifications: Yoga Alliance, USA (RYT 500) and YCB Level 2. Prerequisites: RYT 200 certificate, minimum age 18. If you completed teacher training at LMYC, the fee is HK$25,000; if you trained elsewhere, the fee is HK$40,000. Timings and schedule are shared by email when you register interest.
Curriculum
Minimum 80% attendance required. Completing assignments, presentations, and active classroom engagement including lectures, guided practice, discussions, and hands-on learning.
Examination & certification
Final exams within 90 days of course completion (max. 3 attempts). Post-exam requirements include lesson demonstration, assignments, 50 hrs self-practice log, 12 free yoga sessions, workshops, and field trips. Certificate by LMYC & The Yoga Institute; YCB Level 2; RYT 500 eligible.
